Ava Clara Couture Bridal has the pleasure of partnering with the Wedding Gown Preservation Co. in Endicott, NY. Anyone who is interested in cleaning or preserving a wedding gown is welcome to contact us about this service. Bridesmaid gowns, suits, and formal attire other than wedding gowns are not applicable for this cleaning and preservation service.

For ONLY a gown cleaning, the price is $248.00, and the cost is $350.00 for a gown cleaning and preservation. Alaska and Hawaii addresses will have an additional charge of $75.00 for delivery. The cleaned/preserved wedding gown will be delivered to Ava Clara Couture Bridal or the address you list on the form at time of drop off. Ava Clara Couture Bridal is not responsible for delivery interferences to the address listed by the customer. The cleaning and preservation process typically takes 2 to 4 months from time of drop off.

If you are interested in cleaning and/or preserving a wedding gown through Ava Clara and the Wedding Gown Preservation Co., please read the following steps:

1. On the day of drop off, call Ava Clara Couture Bridal at (757) 962.1466 to let us know you are interested in and stopping by to drop off a wedding gown for:

(a). A gown cleaning only

(b.) A gown cleaning and preservation

2. Bring gown (and veil at no additional cost) to Ava Clara and make sure to keep any personal belongings with you (ie. customized hanger, personalized garment bags, family heirlooms, etc.)

3. Once at Ava Clara, an associate will greet you and have you fill out a section on the wedding gown preservation info sheet with your name, address, and phone number. There will be a box to check if you want the gown delivered to the address you listed or delivered to Ava Clara Bridal in Virginia Beach.

4. The associate will then take your method of payment (cash or card only) and check you out for a cleaning ($248.00) or a cleaning and preservation ($350.00).

5. The gown and any accepted accessories will be received by the associate at the front and taken to the back to be boxed up and sent out to the Wedding Gown Preservation Company. Please allow up to 3 months for delivery. However, we do have tracking on file as well as the WGP serial number to provide you with.
